If you’re experiencing video or audio issues during your online lessons, try these troubleshooting steps:

Check Your Internet Connection

A stable internet connection is essential for smooth video lessons:

  • Minimum speed: 5 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload
  • Recommended: 10+ Mbps for best quality
  • Test your speed at speedtest.net
  • Use wired connection (Ethernet) if possible
  • Close other applications using bandwidth

Camera Not Working

If your camera isn’t showing video:

  1. Check browser permissions

    • Click the camera icon in your browser’s address bar
    • Allow access to camera for Aatinee
  2. Check system settings

    • Ensure no other application is using the camera
    • Restart your browser
    • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  3. Hardware check

    • Verify camera is connected (for external webcams)
